Our Hands Together (OHT) is a trusted 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, founded in 2022, dedicated to empowering youth, supporting families, assisting seniors, and providing aid to individuals experiencing homelessness. Through community-driven programs, essential resources, and unwavering support, we work to build a stronger, more compassionate, and inclusive society.

At OHT, we believe that no one should be left behind—regardless of age, background, or circumstance. Our mission is to foster an environment of dignity, empowerment, and opportunity, ensuring that vulnerable individuals have access to housing support, food assistance, and pathways to stability.
